Key Responsibilities

Guest Satisfaction

  • Deliver personalized and exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Property Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, maintenance, and outdoor activities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments to achieve operational excellence.

Booking and Cancellation Management

  • Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently while ensuring a seamless guest communication process.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular financial reports.
  • Optimize operational costs without compromising guest experience and service quality.

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and compliant property.

Inventory and Supplies Management

  • Maintain essential inventory levels and build strong vendor relationships for timely deliveries.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and lead resort staff to build a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Develop schedules and evaluate team performance to meet operational goals.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute special events, themed activities, and holiday packages to enhance guest engagement.

Sales and Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns to attract new guests and retain existing clientele.
  • Explore local partnerships to enhance the resort’s offerings.

Must Have

  • Proven experience in hospitality or property management, ideally at a boutique resort.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving expertise with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Familiarity with hotel or resort management software is an advantage
  • A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
