MTR Pearl, a 16-room hotel located just 5 minutes from Sira's City Bus Station, was built in late 2024 by independent owner Mr. Nagesh. Positioned at a prime location with steady footfall, the property was well-designed and equipped — yet struggled with one major challenge: visibility.

The Challenge
