The Backstory:

Mr. Mahendran, a Bangalore-based entrepreneur, had a dream to convert his farmland into a unique hospitality experience. He built two cozy villas (each with two spacious rooms) and a raised tented stay area to offer a farm-meets-nature escape.

However, while the physical infrastructure was ready, the digital journey wasn’t. A basic website developed by a freelancer failed to attract bookings. Operational costs — especially with a full-time caretaker family on-site — were piling up without revenue to support them.
