Launched in October 2024, The Divine Valley is a stunning 6-acre retreat in Sakleshpur with 27 rooms and five unique categories — including three dome tents. But despite its potential, the resort’s digital presence was a patchwork of disconnected vendors:

  • One team managing the website.
  • Another handling booking engine (StayFlexi)
  • A third for creatives and social media
  • And a separate POS specialist from retail trying to adapt tech to hospitality
